The light of world

Pre Christmas, We decorated the Robertshaw B&B a little early so more people are able to enjoy it. The use of lights at Christmas time is a symbol of Christ as the new light of the world.

Participants join us in our daily rhythm of ora et labora (prayer and work). Daily schedule includes:

The Liturgy of the Hours,

Mass,

lectio divina,

work,

meal and recreation time with the community

as well as time for personal prayer and reflection.

Presentations on Benedictine monasticism and opportunity to visit privately with the Prioress and vocation director are also part of the time spent with us.
